2019

The Beginning

Started as a freelance web developer, Prashant Jadhav began working on small web projects, building a foundation in tech and client service.

2020

Webhurricane Technologies Launched

In 2014, Innomax completed over 100 SEO audits, helping clients recover from Google Penguin penalties. It was also the year they upgraded their office—now with windows—marking a new phase of growth for the company.

2021–2023

Global Expansion

With increasing international demand, remote services expanded to clients in 10+ countries, including the U.S., UAE, and Canada — delivering design, development, and marketing.

2025

Creatica Web & Multi-Brand Growth

Launched Creatica Web as a creative design and branding agency. Alongside Boat Cruise Goa, Prashant now leads three successful ventures, combining creativity, technology, and tourism.

2024

Present

Today, InnoMax has over 200 employees, mostly based in Ukraine, who continue working full-time despite the war. The company supports its staff from afar while donating proceeds to the army.
